Ive worked at a&f for five years, two of which i was a manager (worst place to work ever by th.. read moree way) and here is the 411- no coupons have and will ever exist. but, here are some valuable tips that i would probably get fired for revealing if i still worked there: 1. you can return anything you want anytime under any circumstance, as long as you have the reciept (and tag makes it easier too). if the employee says no, ask for the manager. the manager says no, ask for the store manager. if the store manager isnt there, or they say no (which they probably wont if they know better) ask for a customer service card and their name. call customer service and you will not only return whatever you want, but the store manager will get a point against them (2 points in a month= write-up; 3 write-ups= fired; any points= no promotion ever). so, if that $79.50 t-shirt and $89.50 jeans that you wore 10 times arent really as cute as you thought, just go return them :) oh and their clothes are the worst quality....so if you wash something twice and it falls apart, seriously take it back and tell them this is a manufacturing defect (this is the key word, they wont give you trouble if you say that)

used to be a manager there myself, what this person said is totally true. It's so expensive because people like the name and won't stop shopping there, hence they only target a certain age group =)

this "insider tip" is bogus. A&F as well as their other brands do not return merchandise that has been washed or worn. New restrictions have been placed in affect for such instances as this douche bag saying what he did. If you hate the company so much, find a different job and stop bitching about it. Also, coupons do exist. Sign up for emails and you'll see. Finally, there is no customer service number- it's an email.
