Mr. Baldock has over 30 years of healthcare leadership experience encompassing all aspects of geriatric care. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Baldock was President/CEO of FutureCare Health and Management Corporation. Mr. Baldock's experience also includes senior management positions with Meridian Healthcare, Beverly Enterprises Retirement Division and ARA Healthcare. Mr. Baldock previously served on the Board of Directors of the Health Facilities Association of Maryland and the Indiana Healthcare Association. He has also served on the Governor’s Long-Term Managed Care Advisory Board. Mr. Baldock holds a B.S. in Management from Ball State University. Victoria Semanie CFO Ms. Semanie joined Active Day in April 2008. She has over 17 years experience in the health care industry. Prior to joining Active Day, Ms. Semanie was the chief financial officer for various community hospitals and worked as a consultant on performance improvement projects. Ms. Semanie is a certified public accountant and started her career in the audit practice of an international accounting firm.
