The low price high volume concept was pioneered in Southern California in the mid 1960's, offering dry cleaning for 39 cents per garment! Since 1983, 17 locations have been opened in Colorado. All stores use new state-of-the-art dry cleaning equipment which meets or exceeds all OSHA and EPA requirements.
