Located at N.E. 82nd Avenue in Portland, Oregon, this restaurant was the dream of Walt Elmer, a successful restaurant operator. Elmer ran the restaurant with the help up his family and a dedicated staff. Hard work, loyalty and high standards brought success to Elmer’s quickly. In 1962 the next location was opened, and today there are 27 Elmer’s restaurants in the Northwest.
