INTRODUCTION

We did not start out this big. In 1983, the first Pho Hoa restaurant opened in San Jose with a tiny kitchen and a few seats. We did not have the required budget to launch a massive advertising campaign and success was uncertain. But with a good recipe, dedication, and a personal commitment to making the best soups for our customers at a reasonable price, we were able to capitalize on our strengths and use them to multiply our successes. Today, we are a successful company with an impressive growth rate.
