I visited the 61st and Memorial location to inquire about tanning on August 7th, 2013. There was a young girl at the front desk who was nice but seemed somewhat uneducated about the tanning beds and membership options. She stated she would get the training manager, Shasta or Shanda or something like....
I have about six months left in my contract and will most definitely NOT be renewing it. I have been utterly disappointed with the lack of professionalism available in these businesses. There are always new faces of employees and no one seems to understand their role. Often there is a line 5, 6, or ....

Was trying to ask questions of the staff and they didn't seem like the were thrilled to be chatting with me. Besides this issue, everything else was great. Clean facility, nice rooms and quality atmosphere.
