i love the indoor decor of cafe circa. however, my favorite thing has to be the rooftop. during warmer months, cafe circa is a great place to go to for a rooftop dinner. however, beware of the cigar smoke from smokers on the roof sometimes. try the guava jerk wings...they're to die for!

Absolutely terrific ribs and chopped pork - very good on spices and served hot - the way I like it. The service was good, though, they can improve their smiles - I mean it is a serious restaurant but a tiny smile on the face won't harm anybody. All in all, though, I love the place.

Ordered a $10 cocktail and on the bill it cost $12.90....tax on alcohol?!! I will NEVER return to this overpriced overrated establishement again!
