This place is terrible...for the amount of money you pay for a ticket, they should be ashamed of their appearance...cages falling apart, animals look ratty, the port-a-potties look/smell like they haven't been emptied in years. Office staff is aloof, NEVER return phone calls, seem to have NO compute....

Eh, it's just okay. I thought it was overpriced. (Consider that an annual family membership to the Philadelphia Zoo costs $150 for two adults and up to six children with no $39 "Enfollment fee.") It's charming, but not THAT charming.
