This is my favorite place to eat in the City of Philadelphia. Best pastrami sandwich on the planet. That sandwich is half the reason I moved to Philly. I often joke with friends that if a guy proposed to me with a pastrami sandwich from 4th Street instead of a diamond ring, I'd probably say yes!....

I tried to stop by for lunch one day, but as a disabled person who uses a wheelchair I was unable to enter the restaurant. So I'm forced to give them a single star based on the place being inaccessible to wheelchairs!
