these guys installed my sway bar links after my old ones where going bad. They put the washer on backwards on the left side and was causing a clunking noise as I drove. They also made the sway bar connection very poor on the left side. They also called me up and wanted to inspect my breaks as they w....

I had an 8 am appointment.my car did not even get put in the shop until 1015. I was the second person here yet 5 people somehow received their cars before me. 3 hours for an oilchange is unacceptable. The manager julio casteneda is a moron. Go to ez lube across the street.
