Flinchy's opened its doors on November 10, 2003 to an enthusiastic crowd ofcustomers who had long anticipated the event. General Manager and PartnerMatthew Flinchbaugh had transformed the former Theo's location into a new andenergetic bar and upscale casual dining experience in Camp Hill, PA. Matt's extensiveexperience at various local fine dining establishments enabled him to infuse new energy into Flinchy's. The dcor is designed to replicate and imitate some of the memorable dining experiences that the Flinchbaugh family has had as they traveled the globe. The most popular of these is the HOT ROCK, cooking filets, steaks, lobster, and more on a highly heated volcanic stone at your table. It's not just a meal, it's an experience.

The bar area seats 25 but usually has many more standing while enjoying theextensive selection of drinks, ten beers on tap, talking to new and oldfriends, or just enjoying the two 42" plasma TV's mounted behind the bar. Thetall shaded lamps mounted on the bar give it an elegant touch. The InternetJukebox allows patrons to choose from over 100,000 songs instantly. On theother side of the fluted glass wall is a beautiful dining room with linentablecloths, napkins and candles at every table. The bathrooms were designedby Betty Flinchbaugh, Matthew's mother, to make one feel like they are in our house - and they do. Flinchy's has received many awards including "4 Forks" from Mime in the Patriot News and the 2006 Harrisburg Magazine
