Poor customer service. They don't care about your children nor do they monitor well the kids that are in the bounce houses. My 3 year old was sliding down a large slide. No staff were monitoring the immediate area, meaning they were not in the bouce house. A "big kid" probably 90 pound....

There are two bounce places in Rochester, Bounce It Out and Jump Club. Bounce It Out is bigger with more bounce houses.
