  The whole purpose of coming to a hookah lounge is to puff on smokes, so why should have you to.. read more go outside to smoke a cigarette? the going outside part sucks a lot more when the temperature dips to the low 20s or climbs to the high 90s. karma lounge, a hip hookah spot in the east village, is one of only a handful of the remaining new york city bars that let you spark your marlboro light wherever you please. so even if you`re not in the mood for hookah, you can still come here for a night of drinking with friends, and feel like a rebel when you light a cig at your table. but this place isn`t just for sitting on a trendy couch passing smokes around. the downstairs to this place is always hosting some time-of-your-life type of party, which, of course, you`re more than welcome to join.
