  2x a year, in january and june/july, you can experience some of new york city's finest restaur.. read moreants for a fraction of the usual price. throughout the city, restaurants participate in "restaurant week" where they offer a three-course lunch for $24.07 (& some even offer dinner for $35). restaurant week is a great opportunity to try out a restaurant that may usually be out of your budget, or test some new restaurants with a little less financial risk. it's 2 weeks long: 1/18 - 1/23 & 1/25 - 1/30

  Le cirque declares restaurant year

  Le cirque, which previously extended its $24.07 (lunch) and $35 (dinner) restaurant week menus.. read more till february 12, now tells us they ll be available in the wine lounge for the rest of the year. first course lobster-and-lemongrass consomme ricotta dumplings duck confit and green-mango salad mizuna and honey vinaigrette trofie pasta calamari, zucchini, curry, and apple salad le cirque second course: tamarind-glazed pork fillet candied turnips lightly smoked salmon fillet cauliflower, watercress, and seaweed salad pave of veal breast pecorino, pear, and cardamom-coffee-scented jus sauteed gulf shrimp forbidden rice, fried broccoli, and chorizo aioli dessert: cr me br lee milk-chocolate tart cocoa-nib ice cream pineapple carppacio lemongrass sorbet candied-ginger panna cotta pear granite
