"everybody who tries it freaks out about it!" said k.j. and he means that in a good way. that's because this preparation is one-of-a-kind. "it's a chef's secret," said k.j., hinting that it has something to do with a double preparation and a special sauce. having something new on the menu is par for the course at minerva, though.
