The Renaissance Festival is a BLAST! I prefer to get there early so that the whole day can be enjoyed, watching the banter prior to the opening of the Festival is part of the fun! I join the other reviewers who blast how poorly parking is handled. I arrived on Sunday at 11:30am at the 169 entrance and spent the next hour crawling to the Queen parking lot. The real delaying factor was how slowly the marshals guide the cars into their parking spots, one at a time with no real u....
Festival is great.... But it takes longer to park than it does to get here and we live over an hour to park. Having three kids stuck in a car going nowhere makes for a very bad start to an otherwise fun day. If you don't get here before 10am. Don't bother coming. They really need to get their parkin....
