Used to love this place. Became a member, and visited the zoo several times a month. Just had a humiliating experience on boat ride after Captain embarassed me over PA system due to my 2 yr old crying. Complained to admin staff and was further humiliated. NOT family friendly. Won't be back.

I had a great time and the animals were beautiful and healthy. The staff were very nice and answered our questions, though I'm sure they have heard them a million times.

The workers in the building were quite rude. I thought it was a free zoo. It is 20 bucks a person. We did not go in.
