A learner's paradise, with clearly demarcated areas for each skill level, serviced by their own lifts. We think it's one of the most convenient places around to learn how to ski or ride.

Nice place to take someone to learn to ski. Good snow, decent lifts. Lifties pay attention most of the time. Crowded lodge, but not too bad. Food is lousy though, a little worse than standard ski slope food.

This is a good option for someone who's never skied before or for someone who's still not comfortable with doing long runs. I was pretty disappointed when I went, being that I'm an avid skier. I'd never been to Nashoba, and granted it was an impromptu after-work trip, I immediately wished I'd driven....

I recommend this hill to people learning to ski or snowboard. It's not intimidating or fast, and you get to practice your chairlift dismounts more often.
