Excellent small-ish museum will good collections. I especially enjoyed the Rodin sculptures, the Dutch Masters, American History and the Judaica collection. A nice bonus is the free admission. Definitely recommend.

NC Museum of Art is a great place to go for a day of fascination. Being that it is located right off of the Greenway you can make a day of it. Absolutely wonderful! We spent over 2 hours here before we even made it in the building! Spent another 2 hours inside the main building before we were too starved to continue on. Will definitely come back. So many great pieces including pieces from ancient Greek, Rome and even some Egyptian mummies.....
