Sometimes we think that living like a cat must be the beers knees. being constantly petted and.. read more sleeping all day aside, the best part has to be the stretching. itrs like they donrt have a bone in their body and to make us feel like that we head to nw community yoga where $49 gets you 10 yoga or mat pilates classes ($120 value). owner and instructor diana earns rave reviews and 4 stars on google maps, as does her friendly yoga studio seen as a breath of fresh air from more pretentious experiences. all of the knowledgeable instructors will take you through the different poses, explaining what each movement does for your body while also encouraging you to push yourself. the yoga classes start at the basic level emphasizing stretches that help you de-stress while strengthening your muscles, then gently move you to a more advanced practice. the mat pilates classes will emphasize building your core and flexibility, using tools like foam rollers and balls. their schedule includes classes every day of the week with the earliest starting at 9am and the latest at 7:15pm. now, we just have to get the sleeping schedule of a cat worked out.
