The Ruaha Carnivore Project supports large carnivores in Tanzanias remote Ruaha landscape, while the Audubon Society of Portland focuses on the city s birds and other native wildlife. Between nibbling on hors d oeuvres and sipping cocktails, guests can bid in live and silent auctions. Prizes range from a Bianchi Volpe bicycle to a beach-house getaway on the Oregon Coast to a chance to get up close and personal with the zoo s animals. Daria O Neill of 105.1 The Buzz returns as the event s hostess, and MC s a comedy line-up that includes Portland-based stand-up comics Alex Falcone and Bri Pruett .
