Very bad experience…not accommodating at all. Got tickets for Pearl Harbor through
Marriott Concierge and were told tour is from 8 to 3:30. On the day of the tour went down half an hour early at 7:30 and saw on the ticket time was for 7am not 8am.

I booked their airport shuttle service in error , without knowing my husband had made other arrangements. I wrote an e-mail within 15 minutes of placing the order to cancel it. They refused to refund the full amount, saying that "it's my error" and not their fault. What a terrible way to conduct bus....

I took Robert's to do the Pearl Harbor tour. Our driver made sure that we were able to make the most of our time at the park and made sure that we got through security in a timely manner. The only problem I had with them was that their manifest said I was not getting lunch. This was quickly remedied....
