I have a son involved with Athletics and I can take him to every other gym in Utah, but not the "GYM". It's a decent facility but just because they charge more, the staff think they're High Class. If you like attitude and snobiness then this is your place but my advice....... Save your money and go ....

I have not had a worse customer experience in 10+ years. I've had a membership with The Gym for nearly 2 years but canceling has proved nearly impossible. I've had to go down in person now 3 times to take care of it - the first time because they told me I had to sign paperwork in person, the second ....

They claim there is no contract yet they charge $100 cancellation fee if you cancel in the first 2 years. They are flat out lying about contracts.
