We provide broad product offerings from the most desirable watch brands at each of our 8 locations. If however you should desire a watch that is not currently in stock at your local store, it can typically be located at another store in our chain, and is usually delivered to the local store within one day. Additionally, due to our size, we are able to obtain special orders from manufacturers rapidly. Fast, Professional Repair Service Watch Works/Total Time professional watchmakers are certified by the world's leading watch companies and each has many years experience in their field. Service offerings provided include watch repair, battery changes, band adjustment and replacement, and jewelry repair. Many services can be done while you wait and all repairs are handled by our internal staff; no watch will be shipped to outside service providers or the manufacturer unless specifically mandated. Providing service in-house gets the watch back on your wrist sooner and eliminates the possibility of damage or loss during shipping.
