This is a very small zoo, not professional, but good for a walk. The Zoo is not well kept, smells like fecies ,and the fencing facilities that keep the animals are small, very old, and not up to code which is a violation of public safety. The zoo owner needs to save up some money visit Baton Rouge, ....

We love our zoo in Lafayette ! Very shady walk-ways and plenty of areas to just sit and relax . All areas are well maintained and animals always seems ready to put on a show ! Train ride is broke down but I am sure it will be fixed soon .
