My Optician has been in business since Novermber 2000. Started as a joined endeavor by two partners, Marat Shlimov and Aleksandr Misyuk who were eager to provide a better service, the store quickly became the place where a lot of people not only from Canarsie, but also from other parts of Brooklyn, found the place where they could receive the full eye treatment and get a friendly assistance of the experienced staff.

The success of the store in Brooklyn prompted Marat and Alex in August 2002 to open the second location, in Manhattan, to provide the eye care to many Wall Street professionals, who have higher than average rate of vision problems.

Since the establishment of the business, My Optician served thousands of people, most of whom became our return customers.
My Optician main principal is the quality of the service. The highly experienced doctors, using the latest equipment, will correctly diagnose your vision and provide the best advice. The lab technicians will cut the lenses that fit any frame shape for your Rx prescription. They will also advise you on the material of the lenses and any customization you may want. And our sales representatives will help you find the frame that suits your taste and budget.
