Many years ago, when Jim and I moved to Milwaukee, we were home-sick for our favorite Eastern-style sub sandwiches we had come to love and enjoy. We decided a tremendous opportunity existed to enjoy our favorite food while sharing it with our many friends who also appreciated great taste and quality. We opened our first location in 1972, and from the start, we insisted on only the freshest and highest quality ingredients - just like we remembered. Our bread was baked fresh every day and has now become well renowned.
