Our vision is to be the SANDWICH OF CHOICE. We started 20 years ago in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Our founder, Kevin Schippers and his wife, Beth, created Erbert & Gerbert's from the ground up. With a lot of time and attention and a commitment to high quality, the roots of Erbert & Gerbert's was built.
