We're not here to count repetitions and sets, our goal is to
educate and guide you. Our trainers will keep you motivated.

As a NYHRC member, you get to enjoy over 500 weekly exercise
classes, 12 types of yoga and 13 kinds of massages. Not to
mention strength training and Pilates as well as personal training
and nutrition guidance. Into volleyball? Our summer beach club
is the perfect place to play in the sand. You can even play on the
tennis court or just relax while sun bathing out on the sundeck.
