Alfonso ("AL") Marino - Chief of Operations Al Marino is currently serving as Chief of Operations and as director for Marino's Pizza, Inc. Mr. Marino has served in such capacities since Franchisor's incorporation. Prior to the Franchisor's incorporation, Mr Marino had been a general partner since April, 1990, of the now-defunct Marino's Pizza Partnership. In addition to Mr. Marino's duties at Marino's Pizza Inc., he is also currently an owner and serves as President and Treasurer for Sam's Sorrento Pizza, Inc. Mr. Marino has periodically served in such capacities at Sam's Sorrento Pizza, Inc. for more then (17) years. In Summary, Mr. Marino has actively participated in the restaurant business for more then twenty-seven (27) years. BUSINESS EXPERIENCE OF FRANCHISOR The business experience of the Franchisor formally commenced on its date of incorporation on March 7, 1995. Since that date, the Franchisor has offered franchises for its Sam's Sorrento Pizza Restaurants and has successfully franchised such restaurants. Predecessors to the Franchisor and persons affiliated with the Franchisor (see Item above) have been operating restaurants and Sam's Sorrento Pizza Restaurants, similar to the type being franchised and described herein, for more then forty (40) years.
