The company has expanded from offering popular lines such as Metagenics, Thorne Research, Douglas Laboratories and Pure Encapsulations to a one-stop shop for customers interested in natural, health-enhancing products, including energy bars, therapeutic magnets, skin care solutions and cosmetics. With a willingness to research solutions for customers and access to more than 20,000 products available through manufacturers, “there is almost nothing we can’t get,” Davis says. “We want to provide what our customers are looking for. We welcome special orders.” The company also welcomes telephone orders and queries. Callers have instant access to a human voice and the professional experience of Tiffany, Ann, Lynne, Rhonda or Annie, knowledgeable customer service representatives who are ready and able to answer questions. Tiffany, Lynne and Ann have worked with Professional Supplement Center since its inception, and have established relationships with many repeat customers. The phone lines are open Monday through Friday from 9 to 6 and Saturdays from 9 to 1 p.m. eastern standard time. Most orders are shipped out within a day or two. The staff checks the expiration date on each bottle twice so that no customer ever receives outdated products.
