that this enables better understanding of the needs and concerns
for each center we serve. Managers are profiled for excellence in
customer relationships trained and tested prior to joining our
team. All managers and key personnel are drug and background
checked for added protection.
WWP employs highly motivated self starters with an emphasis on
the customer experience.
Expertly trained, incentivized with performance reviews and
mystery shopped provides the tools needed to properly
represent your center as a "concierge" to its patrons.
While many competitors tout "Disney" style training for all cast
and characters, we have found that interactive "real world", on-
site/in-season and web based testing to be the most effective.
This method ensures that ALL personnel are not only equipped
to do the job but more importantly, tested to enable them to
excel!
Many smaller developer portfolios have difficulties securing
sponsorship dollars due to their limited national footprints. WWP
eliminates this issue by grouping these centers in with other
prime DMA's to offer additional revenue opportunities.
