We are a fitness club that offers a combination of boxing and kickboxing classes for all fitness levels. Unlike classes at some boxing gyms, we will get you fit without getting hit. While each class is different, they all offer intense full body training. For those that prefer one-on-one instruction, we also offer personal training. With our personal training packages, your trainer will analyze your fitness levels and goals to design a program that's right for you.
