With an interior inspired by Rio de Janeiro's Copacabana Beach, the 9,200 sq. ft. restaurant features a large full-service bar, which opens up to an adjacent outdoor patio outfitted with heaters and misters, a private room with a projection screen for special functions and corporate events, a beautiful interior water wall and wine cellar.

A traditional, authentic Brazilian "Churrascaria" (steakhouse), Via Brasil Steakhouse features a gourmet salad bar with an extensive array of hot and cold dishes, cold cuts, fine cheeses and assorted salads totaling over 30 options and all made fresh daily. Over 14 different kinds of meat, including "Picanha" (Brazilian cut top sirloin), poultry and fish prepared on their custom-made "Churrasqueiras" (rotisseries) are carved table side, as well as delicious appetizers and decadent desserts. A vegetarian option offering a wide selection from the salad bar, is also available. An appetizer menu, serving portions of the more popular dining selections, is available at the bar.
