Many of the people who make up our pastry shop and deli have been working together for more than 6 years and have built a reputation for producing superb all-natural baked goods.
Our products are known for their simple flavors. You can taste the nuts, berries, and oats because the sugar doesn’t overwhelm you. Nothing contains high-fructose corn syrup, we promise you! Our pastry shop uses only the highest quality ingredients – no preservatives and no mixes. We choose to make perishable products without artificial preservatives or other ingredients because we believe in the principles of purity and freshness in food. Our products are always made from scratch. We blend traditional artisan baking with innovative floor combinations. To maintain their purity and freshness, we package our products individually. We think the packaging should be as honest and as good as the food.
Previous owners Fred & Barbara Fine founded the Fine Sconehenge Baking Co. in order to provide premium, handcrafted artisan desserts, while offering unparalleled customer service. While our company continues without them now, we will stay true to the original mission of producing delightful desserts.
