Andrew is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York and started his career working in Manhattan restaurants under nationally acclaimed chef Bobby Flay and catering for a major event company. From his start in New York to current role as caterer in Colorado Springs, Andrew has gained experience catering for every kind of group and event from large 2,500 person affairs to intimate dinner parties.
