Pizza fits into a healthy, balanced diet with a variety of foods on one slice (bread, vegetables, fruit, cheese and meats) depending upon the selection. We use only 100% pure olive oil in making our products. According to the FDA*, olive oil may help reduce the risk of coronary heart disease when used in place of saturated fat. Nutrition values were developed from products tested in Denver, CO, and are not applicable outside of the continental United States. If you would like a lighter choice, but would still like to enjoy the best pizzas available today, consider the following options:
-Try a Liv-N-Lite pizza (about 1/3 less calories and carbs as our original recipes).
-Ask for light cheese to significantly decrease the fat content.
- Try one of our 8 vegetarian pizzas or any of our fresh veggie toppings!
- Have a freshly-made salad with a low-fat dressing option.
Allergens: All pizzas and dough based products contain wheat, milk, and eggs. Products with cooked beef or chicken fajita strips also contain soy. The pesto sauce on the Roman Feta Pesto pizza may contain pine nuts. Our Spring salad contains walnuts. All products are assembled in a common area and may be exposed to other allergens (including tree nuts) than those in their specific recipe.
