It was at a family Christmas dinner of our traditional hand made ravioli that Sue and Santino (Sandy) Santori had an idea. Why not use our extensive entertaining experience and traditional cooking skills to open a venue that can be shared with the public? The RAV House started as a traditional restaurant and cooking school but has morphed to a specialty food shop.
The “RAV” is short for RAVIOLI!
