Under this new leadership, 1-800-PACK-RAT grew from three locations to 50 within two years. Consumers simply call 1-800-PACK-RAT to schedule the delivery of their PACK-RAT unit at their convenience. Customers can load their PACK-RAT unit at their leisure or we can provide loading and unloading services. Once the PACK-RAT unit is packed, customers can choose to store it at their location or have it moved to a new location. The PACK-RAT units can also be stored in our secure climate-controlled warehouses for as long as desired.
