Welcome to 8coupons.com. These Terms and Conditions, together with any policies, guidelines, checkout disclosures, merchant terms, privacy notices, or additional terms incorporated by reference, form a legally binding agreement between you and 8coupons inc. ("8coupons," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of www.8coupons.com, related websites, merchant tools, business dashboards, listing tools, coupon tools, email or deal distribution services, applications, APIs, content, features, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, claiming or creating a business listing, submitting content, publishing a coupon or offer, purchasing merchant access, clicking to accept these Terms, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

If you use the Platform on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to both you individually and that entity.

1. Platform Overview

8coupons operates an online platform for local business listings, coupons, deals, merchant profile management, sponsored or affiliate offers, consumer deal discovery, email or deal alerts, and related marketing tools.

The Platform may allow consumers to browse deals and may allow merchants, advertisers, agencies, or business representatives to claim or create listings, update business information, publish coupons or offers, purchase merchant access, participate in optional marketing or distribution features, and access business dashboard tools.

8coupons is not the seller of products or services offered by merchants unless expressly stated otherwise. Merchant offers, products, services, prices, redemption terms, and customer interactions are between the applicable merchant and the customer.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Platform. The Platform is not intended for children under 18.

If you create, claim, manage, or update a business listing, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so on behalf of the business or that you otherwise have the right to submit the applicable information or content.

8coupons may, but is not obligated to, request additional information to evaluate a listing claim, account, payment, offer, or business submission. 8coupons may reject, suspend, restrict, or remove any account, listing, claim, coupon, offer, or content in its discretion.

3. Changes to These Terms

8coupons may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be effective when posted on the Platform, unless a different effective date is stated. Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any update is not acceptable to you, your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform and, if applicable, cancel future paid services according to the cancellation terms provided at checkout or in your account.

4. Accounts and Security

You may need to create an account to access certain Platform features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You may not use another person's account without permission. You must promptly notify 8coupons of any unauthorized access or security issue involving your account.

8coupons is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use, but you may be liable for losses suffered by 8coupons or others due to unauthorized use caused by your acts or omissions.

5. Consumer Use of the Platform

Consumers may use the Platform to discover coupons, deals, business listings, promotions, events, sponsored offers, affiliate offers, and related information.

Coupons, offers, listings, ratings, descriptions, prices, availability, expiration dates, restrictions, and redemption terms may be submitted by merchants, advertisers, users, third-party sources, affiliate networks, data partners, or other sources. 8coupons does not guarantee that any coupon, offer, discount, price, listing, business information, or promotion is accurate, current, available, valid, or will be honored.

Your interactions with any merchant, advertiser, business, or third-party website are solely between you and that party. 8coupons is not responsible for any loss, damage, dispute, refund, redemption issue, product issue, service issue, injury, or claim arising from your interaction with any merchant, advertiser, business, or third party.

6. Merchant Terms

This Section applies to merchants, advertisers, agencies, business owners, business representatives, and anyone who creates, claims, edits, manages, pays for, or submits content for a business listing, coupon, deal, campaign, promotion, or merchant account.

6.1 Merchant Acknowledgment and Release

You acknowledge that 8coupons provides a self-service platform for business listings, coupons, offers, deal discovery, promotional tools, and related merchant services. You understand and agree that 8coupons does not guarantee business ownership verification, search engine ranking, AI-search visibility, listing placement, traffic, impressions, clicks, coupon views, coupon redemptions, email delivery, email opens, email clicks, leads, sales, revenue, customer response, reputation improvement, or return on investment.

You further acknowledge that any paid fees are for platform access, listing management, publication tools, promotional eligibility, business dashboard access, or related services, and are not conditioned on or measured by any particular business outcome.

You release 8coupons from any claims arising out of or relating to dissatisfaction with platform performance, search visibility, traffic, customer response, coupon redemption levels, email performance, leads, sales, revenue, ROI, customer disputes, offer redemption disputes, or third-party search, advertising, AI, email, payment, or platform systems.

6.2 No Guaranteed Results

8coupons does not guarantee any particular result from use of the Platform or any paid service. Without limitation, 8coupons does not guarantee ownership verification, placement, ranking, Google ranking, SEO results, AI-search visibility, impressions, traffic, clicks, coupon views, coupon redemptions, email delivery, inbox placement, email opens, email clicks, leads, sales, revenue, customer response, reputation improvement, or return on investment.

Any examples, estimates, projections, dashboard metrics, performance references, marketing descriptions, or case studies are illustrative only and do not create a guarantee, warranty, or promise of results.

6.3 Merchant Responsibility for Content and Offers

Merchants are solely responsible for all business information, names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, descriptions, images, logos, trademarks, coupons, discounts, promotions, redemption terms, expiration dates, prices, availability, restrictions, and other content they submit, edit, approve, publish, or request to be published through the Platform.

You represent and warrant that all merchant content and offers you submit, approve, or publish are accurate, lawful, non-misleading, current, authorized, and do not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

You are solely responsible for honoring valid offers that you publish, approve, authorize, or make available through the Platform, and for clearly disclosing all material restrictions, exclusions, expiration dates, redemption limits, geographic limits, purchase requirements, or other offer terms.

8coupons may edit, reject, remove, suspend, disable, downgrade, or refuse any listing, coupon, offer, or merchant content at any time if 8coupons believes, in its discretion, that it is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, expired, abusive, duplicative, low quality, infringing, harmful to users, inconsistent with the Platform, or otherwise violates these Terms.

6.4 Claimed Business and Badge Disclaimer

A "claimed," "merchant managed," "featured," "sponsored," "verified," or similar label means only what is expressly stated on the Platform. Unless 8coupons specifically states otherwise in writing, such labels do not guarantee legal ownership of a business, authority to bind a business, identity verification, license verification, quality, safety, reputation, endorsement, ranking, search visibility, AI-search visibility, or the accuracy of any listing, coupon, offer, product, service, or merchant information.

8coupons may use automated, manual, third-party, payment-based, email-based, domain-based, or other signals to support account creation, listing management, or claim review. 8coupons does not guarantee that every claimed listing has been independently verified or that every claimant is the legal owner or authorized representative of the business.

6.5 Listing Ownership and Disputes

Business listings may be created from merchant submissions, user submissions, public information, third-party data, affiliate feeds, advertising partners, historical data, or other sources. A listing appearing on the Platform does not mean 8coupons is affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by that business.

If more than one person or entity claims rights to manage a listing, 8coupons may, in its discretion, request additional information, suspend management access, restrict edits, merge listings, reject claims, remove content, or take any other action 8coupons believes is appropriate. 8coupons is not obligated to adjudicate ownership disputes.

6.6 Merchant Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, rules, codes, industry standards, licensing requirements, advertising rules, consumer protection laws, privacy laws, tax obligations, and payment obligations applicable to your business, products, services, coupons, offers, advertising, and customer communications.

You may not submit or publish content that is false, misleading, deceptive, unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, infringing, privacy-invasive, harmful, malicious, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Payment, Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

Paid merchant products, subscriptions, listing packages, promotional placements, business dashboard access, or related services may be processed by Stripe or another third-party payment processor. By purchasing a paid product or service, you authorize 8coupons and/or its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the fees, taxes, renewals, and other charges disclosed at checkout.

7.1 Fees Are for Platform Access

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, fees paid to 8coupons are for access to platform features, merchant tools, listing management, publication, promotional eligibility, business dashboard access, or related services. Fees are not based on, and do not guarantee, traffic, impressions, search ranking, AI-search visibility, email performance, coupon redemptions, leads, sales, revenue, or return on investment.

7.2 Automatic Renewal

If you purchase a recurring plan, your plan will automatically renew at the price and billing interval disclosed at checkout unless you cancel before the next renewal date. You authorize 8coupons and/or its payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

You may cancel future renewals through the method made available by 8coupons, through your account dashboard if available, or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund amounts already paid.

7.3 Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated in a written refund policy, payments are non-refundable once platform access, listing access, publication, promotional eligibility, business dashboard access, or other paid services have been made available.

8coupons may, in its discretion, provide credits, refunds, or account adjustments, but doing so in one case does not create an obligation to do so in another.

7.4 Failed Payments, Chargebacks, and Suspension

If payment fails, is reversed, disputed, charged back, or becomes past due, 8coupons may suspend, downgrade, restrict, remove, or terminate paid features, merchant access, listings, offers, promotional placements, or distribution eligibility until the issue is resolved.

You agree to contact 8coupons first to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. 8coupons reserves the right to contest chargebacks and provide the payment processor with records showing account creation, checkout acceptance, platform access, publication, usage, communications, and applicable Terms.

8. Coupons, Offers, Deals, and Redemption

8coupons does not guarantee that any coupon, discount, deal, promotion, price, product, service, or offer will be valid, available, accurate, current, or honored by a merchant.

Merchants and advertisers are solely responsible for their own offers, products, services, prices, availability, redemption terms, customer service, refunds, disputes, taxes, and legal compliance.

Consumers should review all restrictions, expiration dates, purchase requirements, and merchant terms before attempting to redeem any offer. If there is a dispute about redemption, the consumer's sole remedy is with the merchant or advertiser unless applicable law provides otherwise.

8coupons may use flagging tools, moderation, automated checks, third-party data, or manual review to improve offer quality, but 8coupons is not obligated to monitor every offer and does not guarantee the integrity, accuracy, or validity of any offer.

9. Sponsored, Affiliate, and Third-Party Offers

Some listings, coupons, deals, links, placements, emails, recommendations, or search results may be sponsored, paid, affiliate-based, promoted, or provided by third parties. 8coupons may receive compensation when users view, click, redeem, purchase, or otherwise interact with certain offers or links.

Sponsored, affiliate, paid, or promoted content does not mean that 8coupons guarantees the quality, availability, pricing, legality, accuracy, redemption, fulfillment, or performance of the third-party product, service, merchant, advertiser, or offer.

Third-party merchants, advertisers, affiliate networks, and partners are solely responsible for their products, services, offer terms, fulfillment, customer service, refunds, and compliance with applicable law.

10. Email, Deal Alerts, and Marketing Communications

8coupons may offer newsletters, deal alerts, merchant communications, transactional emails, promotional emails, sponsored emails, or other email and marketing communications.

By providing your email address, signing up for deal alerts, creating an account, claiming or creating a listing, purchasing merchant services, or otherwise using the Platform, you consent to receive communications related to your account, the Platform, listings, offers, transactions, security, support, billing, and, where permitted, marketing or promotional communications.

You may opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link provided in the email or another method made available by 8coupons. Transactional, account, security, billing, and service-related emails may still be sent where permitted by law.

8coupons does not guarantee email delivery, inbox placement, open rates, click rates, coupon redemptions, leads, sales, revenue, or customer response.

Merchants are responsible for ensuring that any content they provide for email or deal distribution is accurate, lawful, non-misleading, and includes all material offer terms.

8coupons may determine, limit, throttle, pause, reject, modify, or discontinue distribution of any content or offer based on deliverability, compliance, user experience, content quality, audience relevance, inventory availability, legal risk, or platform discretion.

11. User Content and License to 8coupons

You are solely responsible for any reviews, comments, business information, images, logos, trademarks, coupons, offers, descriptions, messages, data, feedback, or other content you submit, upload, publish, approve, or make available through the Platform ("User Content").

You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights necessary to submit the User Content and to grant 8coupons the rights described in these Terms.

By submitting User Content, you grant 8coupons a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, publish, display, distribute, index, create derivative works from, and otherwise use the User Content in connection with operating, improving, promoting, and distributing the Platform and related services.

You agree that 8coupons may remove, edit, reject, reformat, moderate, or disable access to User Content at any time in its discretion, without notice.

You may not submit User Content that is unlawful, false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, discriminatory, violent, infringing, privacy-invasive, malicious, spam, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform, including its design, code, software, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, interfaces, compilation, arrangement, and other materials, is owned by 8coupons or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, publicly display, publicly perform, reverse engineer, scrape, harvest, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without 8coupons' prior written permission.

You may not use 8coupons' name, logos, trademarks, service marks, or branding without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

13. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

1. Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purpose.
2. Submit false, misleading, unauthorized, or infringing listings, claims, coupons, offers, reviews, or content.
3. Impersonate any person or entity or falsely claim authority over a business.
4. Interfere with, disrupt, damage, overload, scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or compromise the Platform.
5. Circumvent security, access controls, rate limits, robots.txt, or technical restrictions.
6. Harvest personal information or use Platform communications for unauthorized commercial solicitation.
7. Upload malware, malicious code, spam, phishing content, or harmful files.
8. Use the Platform to violate any law, third-party right, privacy right, intellectual property right, advertising rule, or consumer protection law.
9. Manipulate reviews, ratings, clicks, redemptions, traffic, metrics, rankings, or other Platform signals.
10. Use bots, scripts, automation, or bulk tools without 8coupons' prior written permission.

14. Third-Party Websites, Services, and Payment Processors

The Platform may contain links to websites, applications, advertisers, merchants, affiliate networks, payment processors, maps, analytics tools, AI systems, email providers, or other third-party services that 8coupons does not own or control.

8coupons is not responsible for third-party content, policies, security, products, services, availability, accuracy, legality, privacy practices, fulfillment, refunds, or customer support. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

If you submit personal information about another person, including customer, employee, or representative information, you represent and warrant that you have the authority and legal basis to do so.

16. DMCA and Copyright Policy

8coupons respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users, merchants, advertisers, and partners to do the same. It is 8coupons' policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 ("DMCA"), and to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are repeat infringers.

16.2 DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that material on the Platform infringes your copyright, you or your authorized agent may send a written DMCA notice to the designated copyright agent containing all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by one notice, a representative list of those works.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit 8coupons to locate the material, such as the URL where the material appears.
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit 8coupons to contact you, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, 8coupons may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and may notify the user or account holder who submitted or controlled the material.

16.3 Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to 8coupons' designated copyright agent containing all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, the federal district court for the Southern District of New York, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or that person's agent.

If 8coupons receives a valid counter-notification, 8coupons may send a copy to the original complaining party and may restore the removed or disabled material in accordance with the DMCA unless the original complaining party notifies 8coupons that it has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

16.4 Repeat Infringer Policy

8coupons may, in appropriate circumstances and in its discretion, suspend, disable, or terminate accounts, listings, merchant access, or user access of users or account holders who are repeat infringers or who repeatedly submit infringing content, unauthorized content, false claims, or abusive notices.

8coupons may consider any relevant circumstances in applying this policy, including the number of notices received, the nature of the alleged infringement, counter-notices, retractions, court orders, user conduct, and whether the user appears to be abusing the Platform or the DMCA process.

16.5 Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. 8coupons may reject notices or counter-notices that are incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise improper.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. The Platform and all materials, listings, coupons, offers, content, data, tools, services, and third-party links are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 8coupons disclaims all warranties, including warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, security, timeliness, performance, course of dealing, and course of performance.

8coupons does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, complete, accurate, available, or free of viruses or harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

8coupons does not warrant or guarantee any merchant, advertiser, business, product, service, coupon, offer, price, discount, redemption, listing, ranking, traffic, click, lead, sale, revenue, email performance, AI-search visibility, search engine visibility, or return on investment.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from 8coupons or through the Platform creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8coupons and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, licensors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost goodwill, lost data, business interruption, loss of search ranking, loss of traffic, loss of leads, loss of sales, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of platform access, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8coupons' total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform, merchant services, paid access, listings, coupons, offers, emails, sponsored placements, affiliate links, or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to 8coupons for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability; or (b) $100.

If you are dissatisfied with the Platform, any content, any listing, any coupon, any offer, any paid service, or these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Platform and, if applicable, cancel future paid services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 8coupons and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, licensors, and agents from and against any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, penalties, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

1. Your access to or use of the Platform.
2. Your violation of these Terms.
3. Your violation of any law or third-party right.
4. Your User Content.
5. Any business information, listing, coupon, offer, review, image, trademark, or content you submit, approve, publish, or request to be published.
6. Any merchant product, service, fulfillment issue, redemption issue, customer dispute, refund issue, or offer dispute.
7. Any alleged false advertising, deceptive practice, privacy violation, publicity-rights violation, or intellectual property infringement.
8. Any unauthorized listing claim or business ownership dispute.
9. Any payment dispute, chargeback, tax obligation, or regulatory issue involving your business.

This defense and indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and your use of the Platform.

20. Suspension and Termination

8coupons may suspend, restrict, downgrade, disable, or terminate your account, merchant access, listing access, coupons, offers, content, paid features, or access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if 8coupons believes that you violated these Terms, created risk or liability, submitted false or misleading information, engaged in abusive conduct, failed to pay fees, initiated improper chargebacks, violated law, infringed third-party rights, harmed users, or acted inconsistently with the Platform's purpose.

8coupons is not liable to you or any third party for suspension, restriction, removal, downgrade, or termination of access, listings, content, or services.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute terms, and DMCA provisions.

21. Force Majeure

8coupons will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including denial-of-service attacks, cyberattacks, strikes, labor issues, shortages, riots, civil unrest, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, terrorism, governmental action, legal restrictions, pandemics, power failures, telecommunications failures, Internet congestion, third-party provider failures, payment processor failures, email provider failures, search engine changes, AI platform changes, hosting provider failures, or other events beyond 8coupons' reasonable control.

22. Independent Relationship

You and 8coupons are independent contractors. These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, franchise, fiduciary, or representative relationship. Neither party has authority to bind the other or incur obligations on the other's behalf without prior written consent.

Each party is responsible for its own taxes, fees, assessments, and obligations arising from its activities.

23. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

You agree that any claim or action arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or your use of the Platform must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, including the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York, or the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts and waive any objection to inconvenient forum.

24. Additional Terms

Certain features, products, promotions, subscriptions, campaigns, APIs, dashboards, payment flows, or services may be subject to additional terms. If additional terms apply, those terms are incorporated into these Terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and feature-specific terms, the feature-specific terms control only for that feature.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and 8coupons regarding the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings regarding the subject matter.

26. Severability and Waiver

29. Checkout and Merchant Acknowledgment Language

The following language may appear in checkout, claim-listing, coupon-publishing, or merchant dashboard screens and is incorporated into these Terms when presented:

General merchant acknowledgment: By continuing, you understand that 8coupons provides merchant listing, coupon, and marketing tools, but does not guarantee search ranking, AI visibility, traffic, impressions, coupon redemptions, leads, sales, revenue, or customer response. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business information, coupons, and offers. Paid access fees are for platform access and related services, not guaranteed results. By purchasing or continuing, you agree to the Terms and Conditions, Merchant Terms, Billing Terms, and Privacy Policy.

Recurring billing acknowledgment: Your plan renews automatically at the price and billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel future renewals through your account dashboard, if available, or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

Listing claim acknowledgment: Claiming a listing lets you manage certain business information and offers. It does not guarantee ownership verification, search placement, traffic, customer response, or exclusive rights to the listing.

Offer publication acknowledgment: By publishing this offer, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, authorized, and that your business will honor it according to the terms shown to customers.
