East Coast Wings was founded in June 1995 in a small 1,600 square foot shopping center space in Winston-Salem, NC. The founders had introduced a concept of multiple flavors of buffalo style wings, with a limited variety of sandwiches. The local patrons quickly adapted to the unique style of Buffalo wings. In the year 2000, two restaurant entrepreneurs with a combined 36 years of experience, bought the East Coast Wings brand. They quickly moved and re-tooled the East Coast Wings concept and its menu.
