Dad had one fundamental idea...sell the customers items they want to buy. This is a simple concept, but most retailers just never catch on to the idea of putting customers needs first. Dad started an Oklahoma tradition back then, which continues today. As a growing company (with over 3,000 employees), we understand Reasor's focus; customer service. Most anyone can sell groceries, but not everyone delivers the service. We strive to carry on the ideals set forth by my father in that small grocery store in Tahlequah all those years ago. A focus on you, the customer, with the products you want, in the type of place you don't mind shopping.
