On May 1, 2007 Republic Beverage Company and National Distributing Company combined their businesses in seventeen states and the District of Columbia to form Republic National Distributing Company. RNDC is an organization built on the strong foundations of two long-term, well-established family owned companies. Republic Beverage Company was founded in 1996 as a result of a merger of the Block and Dreeben families and the Goldring family.
