                    Rudino’s opened the first location in 1995 in Cary, North 
Carolina by father and son, Terry and Brian Rudd. Their dream 
was to create a new concept for the Triangle area that started 
with scratch made dough that is baked daily on site, fresh 
toppings and focused on a deep appreciation for customer 
expectations. The Rudino’s concept was quickly accepted and 
appreciated in the Triangle as word begun to spread!
The Grinders and Pizza received rave reviews and gained local 
popularity. Rudino’s received national attention after a feature 
article in the pizza industry publication “Pizza Today”. As you 
can imagine request for expansion in the Triangle and licensing 
interest from national locations were being sought.
Rudino’s now has 11 restaurant locations through out the 
Triangle, additional cities in North Carolina and in MI, TX, FL, TN 
and VA with more expansion planned in the near future.
The family business now includes Terry, his three sons Brian, 
Mark, Tom and his nephew Gary Rudd.
