The concept that started it all. Once upon a time there was a young man from Atlanta who thought the perfect day was a round of golf, a bucket of icy, cold beer and plenty of great wings! He moved to Hilton Head where the golf was great, but, alas, there were no buckets of beer, no great wings. So one beautiful day in June, the young man opened Wild Wing Cafe on the island paradise. Thousands of wonderful people, young and old, flocked to the Wild Wing for they, too, dreamed of hot wings and buckets of cold beer. Soon we were spreading our wings across the country! Our big, plump, delicious wings are available in all kinds of flavors, some spicy... some not so spicy... all of them delicious. Whether you're a winglover or not, we think you'll love Wild Wing. Because at Wild Wing Cafe, we dedicate ourselves to quality. You won't find a lot of pre-packaged processed food around here. We hand patty our own burgers from fresh Grade A lean ground beef. Our chicken fingers are fresh tenderloins, dipped in our homemade batter and fried to order. Our onion rings are hand cut and dipped in a mildly spicy beer batter. We even make our own dressings fresh every day. So create your own burger or chicken sandwich. Put together the sampler platter you want. Mix ribs and wings together, if you like.
