Paul Ballard had a vision of developing a restaurant brand he would be proud of. A place where he could take his growing family to. with the help of a few of New Orleans world famous chefs, Paul's vision came to life. But something was still missing... his brothers Steven and Scott. A family reunion gave Paul the opportunity to share his vision with his brothers, and that was the start of the adventure which launched WOW Cafe & Wingery.
