Asheville City Real Estate Deals in Asheville, NC 28803

Asheville City Real Estate was founded in 2006 by Dev Thomas, Kathy Watson, and Kay Smith, three business-savvy women with a sharp eye for Asheville’s growth and development. Their intuition helped shape the company into one of the area’s most trusted names in real estate and property management. Over the years, we’ve built lasting relationships with owners and tenants alike, making our work both meaningful and impactful. In 2020, Kay Smith and Kyle Moss purchased the firm, and in 2025, Kyle became the sole owner. Today, Asheville City Real Estate continues its legacy as a staple in Asheville’s rental and residental sales market.
