Fuel Pizza got jumped started 10 years ago because three guys from New York wanted a slice of really good pizza but couldn't find one in Charlotte. They needed a hand crafted slice made with real mozzarella, rich tomato sauce and fresh ingredients so much they had to open a pizza place themselves. Fortunately, before their batteries ran down completely they found a cool fifties gas station on Central Avenue and got their peels out.

Not wanting to be too far from their pizza , or for that matter their wings or salads, they quickly opened more Fuels. Pretty soon there was great New York pizza everywhere and they were cruising.
