We offer kickboxing and resistance training fitness classes. Both classes are offered daily and incorporate both bands as well as free weights & more.
At Get It Done Fitness our classes are designed to challenge everyone at their own fitness level, so you're sure to have fun while also getting in a great workout. We have multiple classes throughout the day for both Kickboxing and resistance training, so be sure to check out online schedule for updates on when classes are being held.
We offer 5 classes in the morning and 5 in the afternoon/evening, so you'll always be able to find one that works with your schedule. Classes are 45 minutes long, 12 Rounds of 3 minutes interval each with 30 seconds break at the end of each round. Each round consists of 2 exercises: one for kickboxing and one for resistance training. The alternating is done so that your body gets maximum benefits from the workout.
In addition to our workout classes, we also offer personal and athletic training in both group and one on one settings. We have a licensed dietitian on staff to help people reach their goals.
