Personal training and small group classes are a main focus at West Conshy Athletic Club because it allows us to tailor our fitness expertise to individual member levels and abilities. We offer 30- or 60-minute one-on-one, buddy, or small group training with one dedicated trainer. This can be at WAC, in your home, or at the office.
Part of our program includes senior fitness training classes, which focus on targeted and low-impact exercises that help members maintain flexibility and increase their heart rate. It’s also a great time for our senior community to socialize in a healthy way.
